Chloe’s Background

With dual degrees in Early Childhood Education and Child Development, I bring a strong academic foundation and six years of practical classroom experience to early learning. As both a Lead Teacher and Preschool Teacher, I have had the privilege of guiding young learners through important developmental milestones while creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage growth, exploration, and confidence.

My passion for early childhood education extends beyond the classroom. I have experience developing curriculum that supports the whole child, balancing academic readiness with social-emotional development, creativity, and hands-on learning. I believe every child deserves opportunities to learn in ways that spark curiosity and foster a lifelong love of discovery.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have supported the operational side of education through office administration, records management, and front-office reception. These roles have strengthened my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to build positive relationships with families while ensuring programs run smoothly and efficiently.

I am committed to creating welcoming environments where children feel supported, families feel connected, and learning is both meaningful and enjoyable. My goal is to help every child develop the skills, confidence, and enthusiasm needed to succeed in school and beyond.
