Classrooms

Toddlers (12m-29m)

Our Toddler Classroom is built around exploration, connection, and confidence. During these early years, children learn best through hands-on experiences, nurturing relationships, and consistent routines that help them feel safe and secure.

Our teachers build strong relationships with each child, creating a foundation of trust that supports learning and growth. Through guided play, music, movement, sensory activities, and daily interactions, we focus on developing communication skills, social awareness, independence, and early problem-solving abilities. Children are encouraged to make choices, practice new skills, and gain confidence in a supportive environment where curiosity is encouraged and successes are celebrated.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Language development and communication

  • Gross and fine motor skills

  • Social-emotional growth

  • Following simple routines and directions

  • Building independence with self-help skills

  • Learning through sensory exploration and play

Early Preschool (30m-42m)

Our Early Preschool classroom is where curiosity begins to transform into purposeful learning. Children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and develop the skills needed to become confident and capable learners.

Children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and valued. Through guided play, hands-on experiences, and a balance of structured activities and child-led exploration, we help children build self-control, strengthen social skills, and develop early academic foundations. Positive reinforcement and consistent expectations help children learn accountability while gaining confidence in their growing abilities. We believe children are capable of meeting age-appropriate expectations when provided with encouragement, consistency, and guidance.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Early literacy and language development

  • Number recognition and beginning math concepts

  • Social skills, cooperation, and conflict resolution

  • Following multi-step directions

  • Emotional regulation and self-control

  • Independence in daily routines

Pre-K (43m-5y)

Our Pre-K classroom prepares children for a successful transition into kindergarten and beyond. We believe children thrive when they are challenged, supported, and given opportunities to take ownership of their learning.

Through purposeful play, engaging lessons, and consistent expectations, children develop the academic, social, and emotional skills needed for school readiness. Children are encouraged to try new things, work through challenges, make responsible choices, and learn from their experiences in an environment that values both growth and accountability.

Strong relationships, positive reinforcement, and meaningful opportunities to practice independence help children develop the confidence and resilience needed for success both in school and in life.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Kindergarten readiness skills

  • Letter recognition, phonics, and early reading

  • Number sense, counting, and beginning math operations

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving

  • Responsibility and accountability

  • Social-emotional development and peer relationships

  • Independence and self-confidence

After School Program

After School Program (5+ Years)

Our After School Program is designed to complement the learning that takes place during the school day while providing children with opportunities to recharge, connect with friends, and explore their interests.

After spending much of their day in a classroom, children benefit from a balance of structured activities, creative play, physical movement, and social interaction. Through play, exploration, and real-world experiences, children continue developing academic, social, and life skills in ways that are engaging, meaningful, and age-appropriate.

Homework support and academic encouragement are important parts of our program, helping children build positive study habits and confidence in their learning. Alongside these academic supports, children are encouraged to develop independence, responsibility, leadership skills, and healthy peer relationships through a variety of activities and experiences.

Most importantly, children have opportunities to relax, play, build friendships, and simply enjoy being kids after a busy school day.

Through positive reinforcement, clear expectations, and opportunities for choice and leadership, we help children continue growing into capable, confident, and resilient individuals.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Homework support and academic encouragement

  • Leadership and responsibility

  • Teamwork and social development

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking

  • Creativity and self-expression

  • Physical activity and recreation

  • Building confidence and independence

  • Developing healthy friendships and communication skills
